Prayer #122 - Addictions

Dear brothers and sisters

I am a born again believer

but now i am living in sin...addicted to internet 

pornography.. masturbation...postponing the work

i am unable to come out of it

i know God can only help me

i need to read God's word

which i am not able to..feels no strength

even if go to study i feel like God will not speak to me

i need u r prayers so that God gives me strength, grace and his wisdom

to do what i need to do to over come my sinful habits...

i also have lot of family problems

disturbed relationships between mother and sister

financial difficulties i don know how to cope with

I need u r prayers for this

We are praying for you right now. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Get connected with a church that has a "Celebrate Recovery" program. You don't have to attend the church, just the program. It's people working together to help overcome addictions of all sorts.

2. If you feel the urge, first pray for strength and then read a chapter in the bible. I would hope by the time your done, your urge would have passed.

3. put on a filter on your internet browser and lock that stuff out. password protect it and have a good friend set the password. 

The more obstacles you put in your way from sin, the better chance you won't commit that sin.

Please pray for my husband he Is the keeper of our family and if its Gods will to please bless him indeed and bless our family. God knows all the details.  Thank you and God be with each and every one of you. Amen

PRAYER 119 - Car Crash

I want to pray for my friends Jim and Miriam, who run our bible study on Wednesday night. They are leading us on a study of End of Times. It seems that they have been spiritually attacked week in and week out that has prevented them from running the study each Wednesday.

The latest incident was a car crash that Miriam was in coming back from ministering to people. She was in an incident including 5 cars. She will be seen by a Dr. today and we pray that she is okay.

We also pray that they can fight past these attacks of the devil and continue on this amazing study of End of Times.

We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. AMEN!

PRAYER #118 - Husband is in pain

Please pray for my husband.  He is in severe pain because of a medical condition.  When he is in pain like this, his temper is extremely volatile.  Pray that his pain subsides and his temper evens.

PRAYER #116 - My Husband's Depression

Need God to give my husband courage, strength, faith and hope that You are still king of kings and still reigns. He lost hope in life, depressed, and feels there is no God. I need your prayers.  Wants to go somewhere where no one knows. Can't face life's challenges. Gets depressed and it affects my teenage child. Please pray for us.

Ann - Uganda

Please lets pray for my family, my husband was terminated from his job this month we have four children of school going age and the term has began today fees and all the necessaties lets pray that he gets a job since even as I talk we are in full of debts. There is some money we are expecting but it is also not being released yet. We really need God's blessings and intervention.  I am from Uganda.

Please take care of this family and let them find work and support from loved ones.
